Terms
You must be 18 years or older to use Longly. You must provide accurate information about yourself. Misrepresenting your identity, age, or marital status may result in immediate termination.
Longly offers free and paid subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum) plus one-off purchases (Boosts, Super Likes, event tickets, coach sessions). Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of 18% GST unless stated otherwise.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file with Razorpay. You will be notified by Razorpay (usually via SMS or email) 24 hours before the charge. By subscribing, you consent to this recurring charge until you cancel.
To cancel auto-renewal: open the Longly app → Settings → Subscription → Cancel renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You continue to enjoy premium features until then. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current cycle.
All sales are FINAL. Refunds are only issued in specific cases (unauthorized charge, double billing, technical failure, event cancellation by organizer). See our Refund Policy for the full list and process.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Existing subscribers on an active billing cycle are not affected until the next renewal. You will be notified at least 15 days before any price change takes effect.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates our community guidelines. Repeat violators are permanently banned. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by our moderation team.
Event organizers and coaches operate as independent third parties. Longly acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of any service booked through the app. A platform commission applies to organizer and coach earnings as disclosed in their dashboard.
You agree to first contact our support team at support@longly.in for any dispute, and to give us 30 days to attempt resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. The arbitration proceedings will be in English. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app. Upon deletion, your profile, matches, chats, and photos are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraud, impersonation, or abusive behavior. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
Longly is provided "as is" without warranty. We make no guarantees about matches, dates, or outcomes. We are not responsible for the behavior of other users, event organizers, coaches, or third parties you may meet through the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Use of Longly also means you agree to our Privacy Policy (for mobile app) and Cookie Policy (for the website).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and you will need to accept them to continue using Longly. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
