All plans are also available as quarterly (save ~20%) and yearly (save ~40%) subscriptions inside the app.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Longly does not store your payment details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment data: https://razorpay.com/privacy/
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will see the charge in advance (usually 24 hours before) in your Razorpay notifications. To stop auto-renewal:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You continue to access premium features until then. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current cycle.
You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime — the difference is prorated and you get the new features immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only in specific cases. See our full Refund Policy.
Prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST at 18% (for India-based customers). GST invoices are available on request from support@longly.in.
We occasionally offer discounted pricing to students, newly-launched city members, and event organizers. These are promotional and not guaranteed.
